Key/Activation Issues
My device shows "Key error" and activation fails
Please contact support@lincplustech.com to have your key code checked.
The trial key doesn’t work.
1. First, ensure your device’s time matches your real local time.
2. If the issue persists, contact the support team
Unraid reports the USB drive is "not read-write" or the device boots straight to BIOS.
Reflash the Unraid OS to your USB drive. For detailed steps, refer to the user guide on how to reinstall Unraid OS click here
Hardware Recognition
SSDs are not detected in N1/N2/S1.
Step 1: Ensure the SSDs are firmly connected and properly assembled, then check again.
Step 2: If the issue remains, contact the support team.
HDD/SSD LED lights are off, and the device doesn’t boot properly.
Step 1: Reset BIOS settings to default (enter BIOS, press F3, then press F4 to save changes).

Overheating & Fan Noise
The device overheats or the fan makes excessive noise.
Use manual fan control: Adjust the fan curves in BIOS. For detailed instructions, refer to the fan setting guide here
Boot & Software Failures
The device shows 7 blinking white lights after setup or sudden failure.
1. Check if the device is overheating.
2. If no overheating is found, reinstall the OS to your USB drive (follow the OS reinstallation guide).
The device is stuck on the "LincStation" screen (LincStation S1) or the touchscreen is unresponsive.
Step 1: Reset the BIOS by pressing the reset key on the device.
Step 2: If Step 1 doesn’t work, reflash the firmware: Download the latest OS image here

How long will it take to receive my order?

Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not ship internationally at this time. We only ship items to the United States and Europe. Shipping is free and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Generally, UPS, USPS, DHL and Amazon Logistics will send the package to you.

Can I exchange an item?
You can exchange an item with a lower-price item or a higher-price (the price needs to be in a reasonable range) item or the same item with a different variant. See detailed policy here.
My Product is broken, can I return or exchange the item?
Customer can return the item and get the full refund or exchange the item for free if the item was bought within 30 days. No full refund after 30 days.
