How long will it take to receive my order?
Typically it takes 3-10 business days to receive your order. The estimated arrival time of the package depends on distance and shipping. We’re doing our best to deliver it promptly for you.
How to track my order?

Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not ship internationally at this time. We only ship items to the United States and Europe. Shipping is free and delivery times may vary depending on your location.
What shipping carrier will be responsible for my order?
Generally, UPS, USPS, DHL and Amazon Logistics will send the package to you.

How do I return the product?
We are sorry for the inconvenience and unpleasant experience. If you insist on returning the product, please let me know your purchase time, order number, shopping platform and other information. If you purchase the item on our website, please write an email to email@example.com to request the return. If you buy it on Amazon, please contact the Amazon seller.
Can I exchange an item?
You can exchange an item with a lower-price item or a higher-price (the price needs to be in a reasonable range) item or the same item with a different variant. See detailed policy here.
My laptop is broken, can I return or exchange the item?
Customer can return the item and get the full refund or exchange the item for free if the item was bought within 30 days. No full refund after 30 days.
What should I do when my laptop screen turns black or fails to be turned on?
Please plug in the charger to make sure the laptop has power, and then press the power button to see if the power indicator is on.
If the power-on indicator is on and the "LincPlus" logo is displayed on the screen, it is recommended that you reinstall the operating system (See the attachment for instructions on installing the operating system).
If the power indicator does not light up at all and the "LincPlus" logo does not appear on the screen, there is a problem with the motherboard, and it is recommended that you return the laptop.

How to factory reset my laptop?
If your laptop works, you can directly go to "set up - update and security - restore - reset" in your laptop and reset it.
If your laptop doesn't work, you can take these measures:
1.Press the power button and then immediately press the "F9" button continuously until the laptop enters the advanced options page，Select "Troubleshoot";
2.select "Reset this PC";
3.Select "Keep my files"(If you don't know the password, you can only choose "Remove everything" and there is no step 4)；
4.Choose your account, enter your password, and follow the prompts to proceed to the next step.
How to uninstall the WiFi driver?
Right-click the start menu in the lower left corner, open the device manager, find the network adapter, expand the options, find the 3165 wifi device, right-click to uninstall the driver, and then restart the computer to see if the wifi works normally.

Why can't I charge my laptop?
Please use other chargers to charge the laptop to see if the laptop can be used normally. If possible, it means that the laptop battery is broken. If it doesn't work, the charger is broken. Please confirm where the problem is, so that we can provide you with the most suitable solution.
How to check my laptop's product key?
Right click "Start" - Windows PowerShell (Administrator) - type "get-wmiobject softwarelicensingservice" command, then a string of 5x5 keys will appear.
How to turn up/down the brightness of my laptop?
Click on "F4" & "F3" to turn up/down the brightness.
Why can't my laptop be faster with an SSD?
SSD don't make laptops faster, they just expand capacity.
Can I link my TV into the HDMI port?
Yes you can.
Will this laptop support Zoom?
Sure. It works with Windows 10 and they support Zoom.
Are you able to upgrade to larger storage with an SSD card?
Of course! The memory can physically be expanded in the following ways:
1. Insert a Micro TF Card
2. Insert an SSD in the window under the device (M.2 2280 SSD) .

I have installed the SSD but every time I close the back hatch the SSD disappears from my PC?
If the ssd shows up before you put the cover back on but then disappears when it's replaced, it may be that the metal cover is contacting the ssd and short circuiting something causing the ssd to not function properly. Maybe check the ssd is install such that the cover doesn't touch it when replaced.
Is my LincPlus Laptop compatible with my existing software?
Yes! All of our laptops come with all of your favorite applications preinstalled on them, so you don't have to worry about downloading software or learning new ways to use your computers. We also have many different models of laptops on the market today, so you can find one that fits your needs perfectly!
What is the apporate type of RAM that I can upgrade to?
It's impossible to upgrade the RAM because the RAM is soldered to the motherboard. But you can expand your memory with SSD.
The laptop only boots up in bios, how to solve this problem?
Pressing the F7 key repeatedly while booting will bring up the system boot menu. If there is no windows manager or other startup items, then the startup items are not found, you may need to re-flash the OS system. If the OS can not find the hard disk when re-flashing, then the hard disk is dropped, which is a hardware problem, you can reinstall the OS system using a USB drive. My laptop's screen went out, how to deal with the screen issues?
If the issue is caused by the screen internal failure such as display problems, then the OS should be reinstalled. If the reinstallation of OS can't still work, then it should be hardware problem and you should request a return of the product by contacting us.
Note: If the screen is broken by human factors, such as external forces breaking the laptop, then it is not covered by the warranty.
My laptop is failing to work, it turns off after I turn it on, how to do with it?
To solve this problem, you need to reinstall the operating system. If it doesn't work after the installation of the OS, then it must be a hardware problem and you should request the return of the product by contacting us.
Why is the bettery always at 0% and not charging?
There are two possible reasons why the battery shows 0%: One is that the battery is broken and simply cannot be charged; the other is that there is a problem with the power indicator, for example, the battery was actually charged to 80%, but the laptop shows 0%. To find out the problem, you need to disconnect the charger to see if the laptop can still be used, if the laptop is working, it means that the battery has been powered and the power indicator has a problem. You can install Ubuntu 22 LTS. If it's the P5 laptop, you can replace the supplied 65W charger with a 100W charger model HR-100WPD after the installation of Ubuntu 22 LTS. The battery will start to charge soon.
However, once the laptop is disconnected from the power source and it turns off directly, that means the battery is broken and it is a hardware problem. If so, the laptop can not work no matter what system you install. Therefore, according to you, I think it should be a problem with the power indicator, and the power indicator will be correct after installing the system.
I did a wrong setting in the BIOS. Now the monitor can't be turned on. How can I get a BIOS reset?
To solve the problem, you need to unscrew the screws and open the back case, then unplug the battery for a few minutes, then plug it back in. In this way, you can restore BIOS settings.
What is the warranty on your laptops and peripherals?

The OS file is too large to download, any other solution?
The OS file is about 8GB, so it will be a little difficult to download it well.
Some customers suggest this website and I think it will be more easier to install Windows into SSD.
